Most athletes don't have a long enough off-season with a light enough sport workload to make big athletic changes safely. The stresses placed on the body to make big changes in a short time results in temporary decreases in performance. The long-term approach to this program allows you to create small changes daily that will add up over time while limiting the potential for noticeable decreases in performance.
